To capture the property’s alluring views at the best possible time was vital for creating the advertising campaign. To create visuals which would appeal to the target market, it was essential to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the project and the market before deciding how photos should be shot. We wrote the tagline “To a Different World” to illustrate the outstanding location of the development. Furthermore the developer, CITIC, is engaged in the development of deluxe residential projects, including Kadooria. In reference to its world-class Tolo Harbour views and unrivaled lifestyle, the development was named “The Entrance” after the renowned coastal resort in Australia.
