These are the aspects we emphasised during our creative process for the advertising campaign.

The Brilliance of Urban Nature
After studying the client’s preferences and their previous developments in the same area, we considered Montara and Grand Montara ’s privileged location, which offers convenience for urban living. Our decision was to highlight morning lights as a crucial visual element in all marketing collateral. From the sales video to the image brochure, our target market viewed the colors from a new perspective. There are white, blue, green, all representing a desirable lifestyle.
